Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Praxis™, operated by Systimus™ LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Praxis™ is an AI personality configuration platform. You create "sleeves" — behavioral profiles that shape how AI agents communicate — and connect them to your development tools via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or use them directly through native chat. Praxis™ stores memories across conversations to maintain continuity.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Praxis™ to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or billing controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or platform infrastructure.
• Share your API tokens or account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Use automated systems to abuse the service beyond normal programmatic access via documented APIs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your content — you own your sleeve configurations, behavioral dimension settings, memory data, and conversation content. We do not claim ownership of your data.
• Our platform — Systimus™ LLC owns the Praxis™ platform, its codebase, design, branding, and documentation. Your use of Praxis™ does not grant you rights to the underlying platform.
• AI-generated output — responses generated by AI models through Praxis™ are subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated content.

4. Service Availability

Praxis™ is currently in early access. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, or performance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but provide no formal SLA at this stage.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you select. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systimus™ LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Praxis™. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Systimus™ LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Praxis™, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Praxis™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
